This offer is available for individuals who currently live in, are moving to or work in Northbridge, and successfully apply for and settle a new or increased home loan of $450,000 or more (including refinance, top-up and purchase).

Terms & Conditions
1. Offer Period. This offer commences on applications from Monday 5 May 2025 and may end at any time without notice. In flight applications commenced prior to the offer ending will be honored if settled within 90 days of the offer ending.
2. Products included. This offer is applicable to and new or increased home loan when the new or increased value is $450,000 or more. This includes purchases, refinances and top-ups with existing lender. This offer may also be extended to new or increased business and self-managed super fund loans when the new or increased value is $450,000 or more at the discretion of Skate Capital WA.
3. Eligible Participants. To be eligible for the offer at least one applicant (borrower or guarantor) on the loan must be currently residing in Northbridge, working in Northbridge or purchasing a property in Northbridge. Eligible participants must register for the offer and provide evidence of their eligibility at the time of application. This offer may be extended to other suburbs at the discretion of Skate Capital.
4. Limited Offer. This offer is limited to one cashback per applicant. This offer may be extended to include additional loans where each is over $450,000 at the discretion of Skate Capital.
5. Payment. Commission is paid to Skate Capital on approximately the 25th of the calendar month following the loan being established. For example, if your refinanced or new loan is established on 16 May 2025, Skate Capital are paid on or around 25 June 2025. Skate Capital will then send $500 cash back via EFT transfer to the account nominated by the applicants at the time of application within 7 business days of Skate Capital receiving their commission for the loan.
